Based in Fremantle, WA our team are fully accredited through SCA(WA) under the national Strata Management Practice Standard (SMPS) scheme. All of our strata managers hold a Certificate IV qualification in Strata Community Management as is required under the Strata Titles Act 1985 (post 2020 reforms).

We offer personalised service, together with a wealth of strata management experience, legal and technical knowledge, clerical services and accounting facilities, to assist your Strata Company in making decisions with confidence.

Having lived and worked in Fremantle for more than 45 years, our family understand the importance and value in preserving the heritage of our city, and strive to manage and maintain our buildings accordingly.
