We are a family business with over 35 years experience in strata company management.

With offices in both Fremantle and Dunsborough, our team are fully accredited through SCA(WA) under the national Strata Management Practice Standard (SMPS) scheme. All of our strata managers hold a Certificate IV qualification in Strata Community Management as is required under the Strata Titles Act 1985 (post 2020 reforms).

We offer personalised service, together with a wealth of strata management experience, legal and technical knowledge, clerical services and accounting facilities, to assist your Strata Company in making decisions with confidence.

We work with an extensive network of competent outsourced service providers and contractors, who you can rely upon to act with professionalism, honesty and integrity.

Having lived and worked in Fremantle for more than 45 years, our family understand the importance and value in preserving the heritage of our city, and strive to manage and maintain our buildings accordingly. We aim to assist our strata companies build and foster community values just as we take pride in being active members of our local community.
