A brief summary of how a strata companies work, including how they are governed and their responsibilities as defined under the Strata Titles Act.

Default Schedule 1 & 2 Governance & Conduct By-Laws 

Default by-laws as per the Strata Titles Act 1985, regarding the management processes and behavioural rules which all owners and residents are obliged to abide by.

Note – these may be amended and repealed by strata companies over time by lodgement of additional by-laws on your strata plan. Such must be registered by application to Landgate and will appear by notification on the back page of your strata plan.
